eu.harp.com does not currently rent, sell or otherwise forward your name to

Pricing, Specifications and Availability
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change
without notice. Due to the changing nature of the computer market, and because
of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, product
descriptions may not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be
responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape and color.
eu.harp.com orders generate an automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt
of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not
constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description or
specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but prior to shipment, due to
errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability,
typographical errors, or any other reason. We reserve the right to limit the
quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes to your order, and will not
complete it until we have your approval. Published prices do not include
shipping, sales tax and insurance. We are required by law to collect sales tax
on all shipments to the state of Utah.
Payment and Shipping Information
Paying by Credit Card
You may pay by Discover, Visa and MasterCard. We do not add any
credit card surcharges. Please see our

Shipping
Upon checkout, you will be given a variety of shipping options via USPS or
UPS to choose from (applicable charges will apply). Orders are processed Monday
? Friday (except holidays). US Orders: Orders must be placed before 2:00PM
Mountain Standard Time for same day shipping. If you select USPS service and
your order weighs more than 1 lb., it will be shipped UPS Ground and applicable
shipping charges will apply. Lyon & Healy prioritizes UPS 2nd and 3rd Day rush
deliveries but cannot guarantee availability; customers will be notified in this
event. To better ensure rush delivery in the US, please contact Lyon & Healy
West at 1.877.621.3881 (1+801.355.2686). For all urgent orders, please call
1.877.621.3881 for item availability.
We ship only to locations within the United States by United Parcel Service
("UPS") or United States Postal Service. We can not be responsible for lost or
damaged packages. UPS charges include prepaid insurance up to the limits
specified by UPS. If your package is sent by UPS and is lost or damaged, you may
contact UPS. For your protection, all shipments require a signature at the
delivery point. Harp.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel
any orders submitted for shipment to a freight forwarder or similar entity.
Returns
Return Policy
All returns must have prior authorization. Email musicsales@lyonhealy.com.
Music, books and harp strings are not returnable unless defective. All CDs and
videos must be unopened and in their original plastic wrap unless defective. All
merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. All
returns must be returned prepaid. Replacements will be shipped postage free with
standard service. Extra charges may apply for rush shipments. Returns are
subject to a 25% restocking charge. Additional terms apply.

any other content of whatever nature displayed or transmitted on or over this
